Our journey in promoting Indian Contemporary and Modern Art began in 2008 when we started our Online Gallery under the brand name of Art Auction India based in Kolkata, India. We promote distinguished Indian Artists who dedicate their lives in Indian Contemporary and Modern art. Art Auction India, an Online Art Gallery, is the brain child of avid Art Lover – Arun Ghosh. An art initiative that aims to propagate both Contemporary as well as Modern upcoming talent, transcending various genre of art, on an International platform. Since its inception in the year 2008 it has established a nurturing relationship with artists and collectors alike. Art Auction India views itself as a catalyst that hopes to create a synergy between Artists & Art Collectors constantly trying to find a fresh perspective on the vibrant art scene that India has to offer.
